bedding crib sets manager

As I am a student and I want to have some money on my expenses I work during weekends. I do this because I don^t want to take money from my parents as I am aware of the fact that they don^t have a lot of them. They have their own expenses that they have to cover as well as debts that have to be paid. That is why I think that I am old enough in order to be able to earn some money on my own and not bother them with my problems. As I was looking for a job that I would be able to perform during weekends I was able to find a job at the store selling accessories for babies. We are selling toys as well baby bedding, cots, etc. Last week a manager from the company producing baby bedding visited us and gave us some instructions how we should sell their products. He wanted to make sure that we will perform our job properly and that their sales will increase. He was quite nice but it is kind of frustrating when someone tells you how you should work, do you know what I mean? I don^t like it and I think that I am able to decide on my own how to sell those baby bedding as it is not that difficult after all, don^t you think? Did you have similar situations in your job?
